Lawyer at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru in 2009.

She has participated in many specialization courses, seminars and congresses in Civil Law, Business Law and Leadership. She is currently studying the Master of Finance and Corporate Law at ESAN University, having successfully completed the Advanced Business Management Program – PADE of Finance and Business Law.

She works as an associate attorney at the Law Firm Navarro Ferrero & Pazos. She specializes in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Stock Market, with a wide experience oriented in the general corporate counseling. In her professional career, she has participated in a number of investment operations and has designed strategies for the acquisition and transfer of companies, including the regulatory aspect, corporate reorganizations, design of good corporate governance practices and corporate advice to national and foreign clients.

She realized pre-professional practices in CONSUCODE now well known as OSCE, as well as in the area of tax and corporate law of the main law firm of the country.
