We also advise on the outsourcing of business activities (outsourcing and labor intermediation) and on corporate preventive audits, and verification of the compliance of labor obligations by contractors.

We also have extensive experience in advising against administrative procedures for the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion, Essalud, EPS, ONP, in labor inspection procedures for SUNAFIL and supporting in judicial and labor matters.
