Dr. Mesarina graduated of Lawyer with mention, in the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. In his professional practice he specialized not only in the area of Industrial and Intellectual Property (Trademarks, Patents, Distinctive Signs, Copyright, among others) from 1980 to the present, but also in the area of Competition Law, Including the areas related to infringements to the Commercial Advertising, Consumer Protection and Unfair Competition standards.

He seeks to provide a service that fits the current business needs, offering a wide variety of services and legal solutions with integrated planning in the areas of Competition Law and, Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, obtaining satisfactory results in many contentious and non-contentious proceedings followed by different administrative instances and resolution organs of Indecopi, as well as in judicial jurisdiction.

Within his professional development, Dr. Mesarina has followed in the years 1991-1992 as a second specialty a Post-Degree in Air Law. He has been recognized and accredited to the Ministry of Justice as an Extrajudicial Conciliator. He is accredited by the National and International Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima, and has specialization courses (PEE) at ESAN. He has been Member of the Consultative Commissions of Aeronautical Law of the Lima Law School in the Years 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 and 2004.

He has been for several years a member of the Peruvian Association of Industrial Property, the Peruvian Institute of Air Law and a member of the Association of Graduates and Graduates of PUCP. He is also currently a Member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (AMCHAM PERU).

Within his academic activities, Dr. Mesarina has been Professor of the Faculty of Law of the PUCP since 2001, also he participated as a Jury in the support of students’ files to obtain an Attorney’s Degree at the Faculty of Law of PUCP.

He is the author of articles published in several written and online media (digital journals), in magazines and specialized books, and finally, he has participated as an exhibitor in many forums, seminars and in national and international conferences.
