Dr. Puccio graduated with honors from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and from the business law and finance program of the School of Business and Administration (ESAN). He joined the Firm in July of 2001.

Internationally, Dr. Puccio has successfully participated as a consultant in extrajudicial negotiation processes, as well as in legal proceedings into foreign courts, and in investment arbitrations for the ICSID.

At the national level, Dr. Puccio has experience in the private sector for over twenty years advising important national and international corporations and also the highest authorities of the justice system such as the Supreme Court and the Attorney General’s Office. He also has extensive experience litigating for all kinds of judicial and arbitral authorities in civil, commercial, insurance and constitutional matters.

Dr. Puccio has extensive experience acting as a local lawyer for major foreign studies in insurance matters such as Kennedys Law and The Chartwell Law and has advised companies in the field such as AIG and Swiss Re. He currently advises several national and international companies in relation to their investments in Peru.

Dr. Puccio has participated in the development of the investment project of the installation of a mineral spring fed by a conveyor belt in the Port of Callao.

He is the author of several articles of many legal publications. He also has teaching experience in the field of transportation law and has also been an arbitrator at the Conciliation and Arbitration Center, National and International of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima.

Dr. Puccio has actively participated in international investment and arbitration processes in charge of the Firm.

His areas of expertise are Civil Procedural Law and Arbitration, Administrative Law, Commercial Law and Insurance.
