Dr. Lozano is a graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and in 2005 he obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Pacific University. Has studied Corporate Finance and Valuation of Goods and Companies.

He has served for six years as a member of the Tax Court. In the private sector, in addition to work in legal practice, he has participated in the management and legal administrative advice of private companies.

Dr. Lozano is a recognized expert in tax and customs matters and procedural issues in these areas. He also has extensive experience in administrative and municipal procedures, and in the resolution of legal disputes. He has participated in important cases on mergers and reorganizations, valuations of companies with tax effects, intangibles and software. He has also participated in the implementation and development of computer solutions for legal and intellectual work.

In the academic field he has a long teaching experience in this field. He has been in charge of the course of Income Tax at the University of Piura. He has written articles and monographs of his specialty, as well as topics related to management. He is a member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law.
