Dr. Navarro-Grau graduated as a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru with an outstanding degree. In 1990 he successfully completed a Master’s Degree in Comparative Jurisprudence at the New York University School of Law (NYU), allowing him an interesting and fruitful insertion into the Anglo-Saxon legal system.

From the beginning of his professional career Dr. Navarro-Grau has dedicated himself to corporate law, providing permanent advice to national and foreign companies in all aspects of business and commercial matters. Dr. Navarro-Grau has had the opportunity to actively participate as a consultant in important corporate transactions on acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations, banks, leasing companies, broadcasting, among others.

Dr. Navarro-Grau is director of national companies and has been director and member of the Executive Committee of a national bank and a leasing company.

Based on the important experience gained during his professional practice, he specializes in the areas of Banking and Financial Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Constitutional Law and Telecom Law.
