Dr. Flores graduated with honors from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.

Dr. Flores has had the opportunity to advise diverse national and international corporations in the planning and development of proceedings to administrative, judicial and arbitral courts.

It has sponsored many large and transcendent processes in all national courts for different arbitral tribunals.

Dr. Flores has participated as an attorney in civil, commercial, construction and infrastructure arbitrations, both in institutional arbitrations and ad hoc arbitrations. He has also participated as arbitrator in many arbitration proceedings to the Center for Analysis and Resolution of Conflicts of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and also to the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima

Civil Procedural Law and Arbitration are his specialty.
