Dr. Aresio Viveros Zuazo is a lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Lima, graduated with distinction Summa Cum Laude in 2005, having participated in various seminars and congresses in Civil, Administrative and Regulatory Law. Dr. Viveros has successfully completed the Post Graduate Degree in Energy Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and the Master of Energy Management from ESAN University. In the academic field, he has been professor of the Diploma of Specialization in Regulation – Public Services and Infrastructure Works of the University San Martín de Porres

He began his work experience with pre-professional practices in legal studies of recognized prestige in 2002, entering in 2004 to work in Luz del Sur SAA, a company that provides the Public Electricity Service in Peru, dedicated to the activities of distribution and commercialization of electric energy in The southern area of the Province of Metropolitan Lima and the Provinces of Cañete and Huarochirí, as well as the companies that make up the business group to dedicated investments, real estate businesses, provision of various services, as well as distribution, transmission and electric power generation.

He joined the Firm in 2008, being his specialties, energy law and regulation of public services, regulatory law, civil law and negotiation and contracts.

His practice also includes advising on privatization processes and granting infrastructure concessions and public services. The preparation and negotiation of all types of contractual structures, and the design of the strategy and defense in the procedures followed by the regulatory organisms, ministries, and National and foreign Arbitral Courts.
