Dr. Ormeño graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, having postgraduate studies in Labor Law and Social Security.

Dr. Ormeño began her professional work in the Labor of Ministry and Employment Promotion, an institution dedicated to the regulation of labor relations, which involves compliance of the current labor standards, and prevention and resolution of conflict.

In 2014, she joined Forsyth Lawyers, where she worked as a Labor Lawyer.

Currently, she provides legal advice on recruitment of national and foreign staff, procedures for untying labor, Compliance of individual or collective labor obligations, and occupational safety and health. She also provides legal advice in matters of outsourcing and labor intermediation, and in corporate preventive audits.

With extensive experience in inspection and control of process, as well as in administrative and judicial proceedings related to her specialty.

Labor and Immigration Law are her specialty.
