Dr. Roca is an Attorney at the University of Lima, degree obtained with mention Cum Laude. He holds a Diploma in Human Resources from the San Ignacio de Loyola Institute.

Dr. Roca began his professional work at the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property – Indecopi, as Legal Assistant to the Consumer Protection Commission, a public institution dedicated to the promotion of the markets and the protection of consumer rights.

In 2011, he served as head of the ELLB Lawyers Office at Los Olivos, and later in 2012, he was invited to join the Llona & Bustamante Lawyers S.A.C. as Lawyer – Associate, where he was involved in the areas of Labor Law, Labor Procedures, Civil, Civil Litigation, Consumer Protection, Administrative Law and Immigration Law.

At the moment, he is actively collaborating and advising on Administrative Law, Registral and Telecommunications, supported by out Law Firm.

His areas of specialization are Labor Law, Labor Procedures, Civil, Civil Litigation, Consumer Protection, Administrative Law, Registrant Law, Telecommunications Law and Immigration Law.
